REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., December 20, 2011 – iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS) today announced that the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA) elected iPass to its Board of Directors. The WBA is a global industry association that is focused on driving the next generation Wi-Fi experience.
