(NASDAQ: IPAS), a leading provider of enterprise mobility services, today announced that the iPass Mobile Network has surpassed 150,000 Wi-Fi venues for an overall broadband footprint of 156,000 venues (including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, free and iPass-vetted Wi-Fi and Inflight Wi-Fi hotpots) in nearly 100 countries. The world’s largest multi-technology mobile access network delivers simple, cost-effective and secure access to mobile employees at more than 3,500 enterprises.
The iPass Mobile Network includes:
- Broadband coverage in 92 of the world’s top 100 airports and a total of 654 airports worldwide
- Over 32,000 hotels and convention centers
- Over 110,000 retail locations
- Inflight Wi-Fi access on 1,000 aircraft and 3,800 flights a day
- More than 20,000 free Wi-Fi hotspots as part of the iPass OpenAccess service
