Managing your iPass account

How do I view my payment plan?
You can view pricing details on the iPass Open Mobile end-user site, under the Account tab. You can also view the terms of the service under this tab. Log into the site here: http://express.ipass.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by sending a cancellation request to support@ipass.com. Please be sure to include your name and your iPass account information. We also would appreciate any feedback you may have on the service and the reason why you are cancelling so we can continue to improve our service.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password by accessing the login page at http://express.ipass.com. Click on “Reset my password” and it will direct you to a new page to enter in your email address. This will trigger an email to change your password.

What languages are supported?
The iPass Open Mobile client supports a number of languages:

  • iOS – English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Spanish
  • Android – English, Chinese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish
  • Windows – English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish
  • Mac OS – English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Spanish

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
If you forgot your password, you will need to reset it to a new one. Access the login page at http://express.ipass.com. Click on “Reset password” and you will be directed to a new page to enter your email address. This will trigger an email to change your password.

Is there bandwidth throttling on your networks?
With the exception of the GoGo Inflight Internet service, there are no bandwidth limitations on the iPass networks.
