Methodology
The iPass Mobile Workforce Report is a quarterly publication that summarizes enterprise mobility trends and mobile broadband usage. With 3,500 enterprise customers worldwide, including more than 370 of the Forbes Global 2000, iPass is a leading provider of enterprise mobility services and can offer a unique perspective on the habits of mobile enterprise workers.
This report summarizes historical data for users collected by iPass across its customer base from October 1st through December 31st; total iPass usage was aggregated and is being reported using a base number of 1,000. The report also includes results of a worldwide mobile workforce survey with 695 respondents conducted February 8th through the 18th, 2010. The following sections will highlight some of the findings in this quarter’s study.
