iPass to Report Second Quarter 2009 Financial Results on August 6

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif. — July 9, 2009 — iPass Inc. (NASDAQ: IPAS), the leading provider of enterprise mobility services, today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2009 on Thursday, August 6, 2009 following the close of regular market trading.
