Partners who are eligible for participation in the Partner Program are required to accept the terms of the Partner Program Agreement and commit to participating in the training of the applicable number of sales representatives, sales engineers and help desk agents. Silver and Gold partners must also commit to minimum revenue targets in return for the discounts received as part of the program benefits.
