iPass and T-Mobile® HotSpot Celebrate One Year Together

This time last year, business-savvy iPass customers gained access to T-Mobile® HotSpot locations throughout the United States. T-Mobile HotSpot access opened up thousands of premier locations for iPass customers-including Starbucks coffeehouses; Borders Books and Music stores; FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Centers; many airports; and the airline clubs of American, Delta, United and US Airways.

When T-Mobile and iPass first signed their landmark distribution agreement, 3,900 HotSpot locations were available. Today, T-Mobile operates the largest carrier-owned and -managed Wi-Fi broadband network in the United States, available in more than 5,400 public-access locations across the country. "Since we partnered with iPass in April 2004, the T-Mobile HotSpot network has added two important venue partners-Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and Red Roof Inns. The T-Mobile HotSpot/iPass U.S. distribution agreement expands the iPass global broadband roaming footprint to more than 23,000 locations in 62 countries-making it the world's largest virtual network of Wi-Fi and Ethernet access points. As a result, iPass customers have more choices than ever for trusted broadband connections.

A Double-shot of Productivity
