iPass has recently extended its Eastern European Wi-Fi footprint with the addition of nearly 500 new locations in Hungary for your mobile employees, through a partnership with the country’s largest telecom services provider, Magyar Telekom.
iPass end users can now enjoy enhanced Wi-Fi access at over 100 business hotels, including leading chains such as Sofitel, Mercure, Ibis and Novotel, as well as the international airport in Budapest, through which 8 million passengers passed in 2009. Other key hotspots for across Hungary include cafés, restaurants, public hotspots and various retail venues – with over 150 in Budapest alone.
Hungary may be a small country, but it packs an awful lot within its borders. The natural, cultural and historical riches to be experienced in Hungary are reflected in its high concentration of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. So if you are headed to Hungary on business, be sure to take a little time out of your busy schedule to sample what this beautiful country has to offer – such as an evening at Budapest’s opera house, one of the best in the world.

For our iPass customers, for the iPhone and iPad, we have downloads in the Apple Store.
I have been wondering if anyone at Ipass ever thought of working a deal with a computer manufacurer such as Apple to have Ipass preinstalled on it’s Ipad, Itouch, Iphone, etc?
Seems to me it would be a natural fit on all these mobile devices.
