Web workers want flexibility and trust

After just posting John’s blog on the benefits that the GSA in Kansas City has found with their newly mobile workforce, I thought that this article from GigaOM highlighted the benefits that the GSA worked through.
The two benefits in the article, What Web Workers Want (And Feel They’re Not Getting Now), seemed to bring more voice to our declaration of the Mobile Workers “bill of rights.”
#4. Flexibility: The numbers of people who wish to work remotely, part time, or with more flexible hours is growing… and in a competitive market, employers who don’t offer flexibility lose out.
