Today we announced that we have integrated Skyrove, South Africa’s largest independent Wi-Fi hotspot network provider, into the iPass Mobile Network. With over 650 Wi-Fi hotspots, mobile employees can get connected in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban and avoid the high cost of roaming charges.
Here’s a sampling of sites, and stay tuned for our Google Map, later this week:
Primi Royal Hotel, Cape Town:
This hotel is a two minute walk from the infamous white beaches of Camps Bay, situated at the base of the Twelve Apostles Mountain Range.Origin Coffee Roasting – Downstairs Cafe, Cape Town:
In the heart of Cape Town’s inimitable chic in De Waterkant village, they’ve combined coffee roasting with a courtyard, a coffee lab with a meeting space, a professional barista school with a warehouse and a tasting room. They are admittedly obsessive.Maremoto Restaurant and Hotel, Cape Town:
This unique boutique hotel celebrates the seafaring past of South Africa, with urban sophistication, echoed by the restaurant, which provides traditional Cape fare with Mediterranean and Asian influences.Oaklands Lodge, Durban:
Adjacent to the Treasure Beach Nature Reserve on the Bluff, this hotel is good for business travelers, very conveniently situated to the Mobeni and Jacobs Industrial areas, as well as the International Airport.White Lion Lodge, 3 hours from Cape Town:
Situated on the Sanbona Wildlife Reserve and home to the Big Five, along with the only free self-sustaining White Lions in the world, the lodge at this privately owned Reserve is situated along the Route 62, the longest Wine Route in the world.
iPass customers can now take advantage of the iPass enterprise mobility services, whether on laptop, smartphone, like the iPhone or Android or tablets, while doing business in South Africa.
