Mobile workforce video: Workshifting

It’s not new that mobile workers are constantly connecting with smartphones, tablets and other devices. But this time, we explored when they connect and when they DO NOT connect. The good news? 68 percent of mobile workers occasionally disconnect completely, up from 47% last year. And, an employee that has the ability to connect before or after work, in order to pursue personal commitments, felt more relaxed and more productive.
