iPad2 – Will you buy one? Summary of polls

The iPad2 is coming! Along with the live blogs, come the polls on many websites. Will you buy an iPad2?
Here’s a summary at the end of Day 1:
WSJ poll: Almost 3300 respondents have 64% saying yes
CNET poll: Gives a little more variety and an ability to comment (which I needed, as I’m an undecided). With almost 6000 votes:
- 34%: Definitely! I’ll be first in line on March 11.
- 21%: I’ll admit I’m underwhelmed, but I’ll probably buy one anyway.
- 12%: Doubtful. The iPad is still too expensive.
- 25%: No way. We waited a whole year for this?
- 7%: I’m undecided! (Explain why in the comments.)
ReadWriteWeb poll:
“Nearly 60% of almost 1200 poll respondents, from 63 countries, today said they expect to buy an iPad 2 – and the percentage is even higher (62%) in the United States. More than 20% of respondents said they were going to buy one and that it would be their second iPad purchased. “
AOL Poll: Asking two questions, but I wonder if more consumers answered, as the ownership of the iPad1 seems lower than what we’ve seen with mobile employees.
