FlightCard – a useful iPhone app for flight info

Fingers crossed that there are no weather delays for awhile for you business travelers, but here’s an app to help.

I just came across “The FlightCard App is a beautiful way of checking your flight details”, which compliments an app by Sylion. For iPhone and iPod Touch only. “The features are as you’d expect for a Flight Tracker, however it has a really comprehensive look up that takes a wizard approach (for us tap tappers) to find the airline, originating airport, and destination, so you don’t have to fumble with that ridiculous confirmation number.” $4.99

Trying to find something similar for Android, I came across “Flight View.”

The app had a recent update and will send alerts (“Your gate changed!”), and a longer view out for your future flights.
