I have a response for you...

The password restriction has to do with restrictions that some of our hotspot providers enforce. We used to tie our password limits to those limits. But since most hotspots no longer have that type of password restriction, we no longer limit the password length in our Open Mobile clients. For Macs, Open Mobile client v1.1 and later does not have the 15 character password restriction. Also, Open Mobile for Mac does support 64bit devices.

Hope this helps!

Why does the Mac iPass control panel restrict my password to 15 characters (it's not, it's longer) and when will a 64bit version be available?
